Belle Vue Estates Limited is a professional private housing management company, which prides itself on providing all our customers with an efficient and reliable service. We are situated in Low Fell, Gateshead, and since commencement of business we have seen our client base increase five fold.

Our tenant base is part private working tenants, who pay all the rent themselves and tenants on some form of benefit, who get most of their rent paid by their council and make up the difference themselves.

Properties are externally checked weekly during collection of rents and top ups and internally once a month.

Consistent tenancy and tenant retention are the keys to a successful investment property. It is our goal to keep properties occupied and void periods to an absolute minimum. We don’t offer a bonus system for new tenants and we don’t charge you for finding new tenants.
