On a bustling street in downtown Cannes, this modest hotel with an apartment annex is a 5-minute walk from the beach, 6 minutes from the Gare de Cannes and 7 minutes from le Palais des Festivals et des Congrès (site of the famous film festival).

Basic rooms have en suite bathrooms, and feature flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. Some have balconies. Occupying an annex across the street, simple studios and 1-bedroom apartments add kitchens.
