Nestled in the heart of the small fishing village of La Napoule, L’Oasis, a historic address for Côte d’Azur gastronomy, is writing a new chapter.

Entirely reinterpreted in 2020, the mythical establishment, symbol of rue Jean Honoré Carle, opens its doors again and immerses its guests in an intimate universe, combining contemporary and Provençal inspirations, noble and natural materials, works of art and scents of his garden so that all the pleasures of the senses are born.

The creations of our pastry chef and fine Oasis Signature savory delights can be savored over a hot drink or the menu from our Cellar, orchestrated by our Sommelier and Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2015, Pascal Paulze.

For 25 years, Pascal Paulze has been building a cellar as rich, diversified as it is enlightened, undoubtedly one of the most prestigious in the South of France. From confidential nectars to the biggest labels, it is with open hearts and noses that Pascal invites us on a journey of the senses. Fine palates rejoice! Since December 17, Pascal Paulze has officiated at La Cave de L’Oasis where his oenological nuggets are just waiting to be yours!

The address is also the cellar of the Domaine de Barbossi offering free tasting and direct sale of confidential nectars from the Mandolo vineyard.

The Oasis Cellar

6 rue Jean-Honoré Carle, a true Epicure’s house, becomes the address for your gourmet breaks, to taste our light and refined pastries at breakfast or afternoon tea, or to explore the oenological selections from our sommelier.
